Flammkuchen (German Pizza) – A classic pizza from the border of France and Germany! Homemade pizza dough, creme fraiche, bacon, onions, and gruyere cheese.

German Sugar Pretzel Bites 

Homemade pretzel bites brushed with butter and coated in sugar!

Kielbasa Reuben 

 Savor the delicious grilled kielbasa sausage paired with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and 1000 Island dressing, all nestled between slices of grilled marble rye. Accompanied by a side of fries.

Grilled Bratwurst 

Enjoy a tasty grilled bratwurst sausage topped with sauerkraut and IPA mustard, served on a bun. This dish also comes with a side of fries.

Pork Schnitzel Sandwich
